What will the year 2022 hold for you?

Image
On the last Thursday of 2021, I started working on this article. The year 2020 was a lot like it was in many ways. As we adjust to the new normal, we are still experiencing difficulties. What about 2022, on the other hand? What is waiting for us in this new year? Many people have already written their New Year's resolutions, while others wait until the beginning of January to do so. Three things come to mind when I think about what we can accomplish for 2022, and I'd want to share them with you now. 1- Keep doing what you've been doing: Without a doubt, you have been doing certain things and undertaking certain tasks in recent years, some of which you have not yet completed. All that remains is for you to carry on with what you have been doing, regardless of whether the tasks were ones you had set for yourself in your 2021 resolutions but were unable to complete due to the difficulties you have faced this year. Taking a look at your list of 2021 resolutions, cross out the...

WHY DO WE PROCRASTINATE?

Image
WHAT CAUSES US TO DELAY AND POSTPONE? As soon as you open your eyes, you stare at the ceiling and reach for your cell phone, which you use to cruise through your social media feeds, often without even seeing what you're reading. It's possible to spend half an hour staring at your phone, with a broken fingernail, and consciously or subconsciously absorbing the fact that the world is at war, the economy is sluggish, there has been another murder, and we live in an untrustworthy and corrupt society. You begin your day (thank you, God!) with that psychology and "push." Even as I'm writing it, the thought of leaving this assignment for later and going to bed for a while makes me want to give up. The fact that you must get up, yes or no, is a result of an obligation that forces you to do so; but, if it were up to you, your actions would be identical to those taken by those with no hourly commitments to get up. There is no inspiration that propels us forward, no cause ...

Stop using the Law of Attraction against you!

Image
As soon as you've made the decision to take charge of your life 100% determined and recognized your life's purpose and what gives it value, and decided how you want to live in the not-too-distant future, you must add a seasoning to make your plans realistic. What is this seasoning? BELIEVE THE IMPOSSIBLE IS POSSIBLE. One can't accomplish anything they can't imagine, in other words. We can only begin the process of manifestation by thinking about it and keeping an open mind to the potential of it happening. And there's good news, too! CHOOSING TO BELIEVE IS A DISCRETION . Simply repeat the notion you want to believe in over and over again in your head until it becomes natural. Once this is done, work on identifying and expressing the feelings associated with that thought. Our brain is in charge of pursuing what we mentally propose. Our entire life is the product of what we have psychologically imposed on ourselves without even realizing it. What matters is that you ...

It's Your Path to the Life You Desire - Manifestation!

Image
Do you feel like you're trapped in a rut? Do you ever feel like you're always on the go, that life is a never-ending cycle of running from here to there or from one duty to the next, with little time to relax? That money worries about how to pay those rising bills, or where the next payment for your children's education, your family's healthcare, or your house mortgage is coming from occupying your mind much of the time, or that relationships with your family or spouse suffer because you don't have time to spend with them because you're working all the hours there are to pay the bills, after all, aren't you? Despite your best efforts, nothing ever seems to go as planned, and your constant state of annoyance and angst has become a part of who you are. One day, you'll be able to accomplish all of the things you've always wanted to do when you have a little more time to yourself. It's possible that you've set yourself up for failure and dissatis...

Consciousness, Manifestation, and Living in the Now

Image
Do you ever take a moment to notice your thoughts? To Arjuna, Krishna tells him in the ancient Vedic epic Bhagavad-Gita: "One must deliver himself with the help of his mind, and not degrade himself." The conditioned soul's best friend and the worst adversary is the mind. If you have mastered your mind, it will be your best friend, but if not, it will be your worst opponent.  When you begin to observe your mind, one of the first things you may discover is that you have no control over it. How many times have you read anything, perhaps even tried to focus your attention on the topic, but then realized that you were thinking about something entirely different simultaneously?  Your mind is a separate entity from yourself, just as your body is a separate entity from your consciousness. You must control your thoughts in order to actualize your desires. There are times when you need to focus, meditate, and envision. You must learn to visualize because  Visualization is the...

Creating an Addiction Through the Use of Mind Control

Image
With all of the fear surrounding mind control and how Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) can be (and is) used to "mess with people's brains," it's past time to let the cat out of the bag and inform the public of what is actually achievable with this technology. Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), for example, is it possible to instill a desire in someone to do something? Yes, it is possible. Allow me to issue two cautionary statements before you learn how to do it and how to protect yourself. First and foremost, do not subject someone to this type of treatment unless you are compelling them to do something they desire that is beneficial to them, such as exercising or eating nutritious meals. Anything else may seem interesting to consider, but it is best to leave it at that. Just think about it; don't really do it. It's just not a kind thing to do to other people, in my opinion. Second, you must be extremely proficient in NLP, report writing, anchoring, a...

Survivors of Trauma: Managing the Aftermath

Image
If you're lucky, you won't have to deal with any life-altering events. Unfortunate situations that leave some individuals emotionally and psychologically damaged and unable to connect with the world around them may not be encountered by you. Survivors of psychological trauma might suffer lasting emotional and mental health implications, which can leave a permanent impression on their minds. When it comes to recovering from trauma, the road to rehabilitation is loaded with peril since it needs a person to recollect the experience. For the majority of people, the emotional healing process following a catastrophic incident can be just as difficult as the terrible event itself. There are several elements to consider while attempting to help someone overcome trauma. When it comes to events like these, how long it takes to get to treatment can make a difference in how successful it is. When confronted with memories they'd prefer to keep hidden, some individuals may develop aggres...

Mental Health and Personal Development

Image
Your psychological well-being is an incredible component of who you are as a person. Personal development is a way of life that has an impact on your thoughts, behaviors, and how you treat those around you. It is a lifelong process. It has a significant impact on your overall well-being as well as the relationships in your life.  Often, we become so preoccupied with the physical features of what is on the exterior that we neglect to care for what is on the inside of us. Consciously and unconsciously exercising our brains is important in enhancing one's life and promoting a healthy state of mind as we get older. It impacts everything we do and the people closest to us when we are sad, anxious, exhausted, and annoyed. Someone once told me, when in a depressive mood, that she couldn't even watch television because she didn't want to be among people who were still alive. When I'm feeling low, I often think of that statement, and it brings to mind a place I'd rather not ...

How To Change Your Brain So That You Can Change Your Life

Image
Even after we have completed growing and are adults, our brain continues to develop. On many levels, research has shown that we may impact brain changes and enhance our brain performance. Here's how to do it. Your mind is extremely amazing. It has an impact on the way almost every other component of your body works. Despite this, we frequently devote more time and energy to our bodies than to our brains and neurological systems. This might be due to the fact that our understanding of how the brain works is still developing. It takes time for research to be extensively disseminated and delivered in such a way that it can be absorbed and used by a large audience. The facts are becoming clearer as science progresses. Actively caring for our brain's health may be really beneficial. Until recently, specialists believed that our brains were fully developed throughout early childhood and that they altered little, if at all, as we grew older. We now know that the brain is a very mallea...
