Do you realize the impact of your words? In general, we're more aware of the power of others' words than of our own. What we say and how we hear it are both influenced by the words we use.  It's amazing how just altering the words we use to express our emotions can have such a tremendous impact on our thoughts, feelings, and actions. What Anthony Robbins calls "Transformational Vocabulary" describes this potential of deliberate word selection for the benefit of our present and future well-being. There are around 500,000 words in the English language, for example. However, the average human uses little more than 2,000 at any given time. On the last Thursday of 2021, I started working on this article. The year 2020 was a lot like it was in many ways. As we adjust to the new normal, we are still experiencing difficulties. What about 2022, on the other hand? What is waiting for us in this new year? Many people have already written their New Year's resolutions, while others wait until the beginning of January to do so. Three things come to mind when I think about what we can accomplish for 2022, and I'd want to share them with you now. 1- Keep doing what you've been doing: Without a doubt, you have been doing certain things and undertaking certain tasks in recent years, some of which you have not yet completed. All that remains is for you to carry on with what you have been doing, regardless of whether the tasks were ones you had set for yourself in your 2021 resolutions but were unable to complete due to the difficulties you have faced this year.
